This is the story of a girl who moved to the country for a short time and fell in love with a country bloke and decided to stay forever.
They met playing touch football at their local club and thankfully they were on the same team or else Laura would have kicked Andrews butt. No doubt!
Their wedding was one of those little gems that we were excited about for a while. Although we didn't get to officially meet until the day before (Because Emerald is an age away) the day we flew in we jumped in their car and went location scouting around Andrew's family property.
Our little hearts were so happy... the outback country town delivered those red dirt + long grass dreams and we knew come sunset this place was going to light up.
They celebrated on Andrew's Parents property which spanned acres and acres of that beautifully barren landscape. They had their team of stylists arrive the morning of and turn the tennis court into any brides reception dream with a chic yet earthy layout. Guests arrived from all over QLD and gathered to sip bubbly and beer in this humble yet stunning backyard. I am always a sucker for a backyard wedding and this one will go down with one of the best!
We loved spending your day with you guys and if we ever pop back through Emerald we will no doubt call you both for a coffee at the Hub!
